Syntax: PATTERN logical_name

Adds a pattern to an element. The element can be a closed element (shape, complex shape, ellipse or even a line string or complex chain where the start and end points meet) or a linear element for line patterns. The patterns must be defined using the DEFINE PATTERN or DEFINE LINE_PATTERN.
